2INgage brings the best of two experienced community, nonprofit organizations to serve our most vulnerable children and families, and is honored to have been selected by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services to provide case management and foster care placement and support services for children in the foster care system in Region 2 – a 30 county area that includes Abilene and Wichita Falls.
Our Mission... is to reduce the prevalence of substance use and work to keep our community healthy, productive and safe by providing accurate information to all citizens who are or could be adversely affected by alcohol, tobacco and other drugs.

Emerald of the Sea is a faith-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to encourage, empower & educate our community through sexual trauma recovery and prevention.
Noah Project is a center of care for victims of family violence, and sexual assault, serving ten counties in West Central Texas. We offer shelter and outreach support services to women, children, men, and unaccompanied youth who are victims of family violence, domestic violence, dating violence, and both stranger and non-stranger sexual assault.
Our Mission is to offer the people in our neighborhood and beyond the practical and spiritual tools necessary to have a fulfilling life and cultivate a relationship with God. Through mentoring programs, outreach, service, and consistent interaction, we hope to encourage people into their destinies and provide hope and identity where it has been lost. We believe in the context of "home," and aim to provide a safe and loving environment to which people always feel welcome to come. We are also equal.
